Lisbon, the capital city of Portugal, is a scenic coastal town with rolling hills. The city is decorated with pastel-colored buildings, with a series of stunning Atlantic beaches, stretching from Cascais to Estoril, just on the outskirts. The food scene in Lisbon is one of my favorites in all of Europe.

Prado Mercaria
One of my favorite restaurants in the world. This tiny wine bar brings a new flare to old classics. The ever-changing seasonal menu is small but brilliant. All dishes are created each and every day from what they have on hand and accompanied by locally produced drinks. The wine list is exclusively of Portuguese organic and natural wines. Reservations are recommended.
