The Meatpacking District’s restaurant scene is only getting better, drawing celebrities and local New Yorkers alike to dine at some of the best restaurants in the city. Below, you’ll find my favorite places to dine in NYC’s Meatpacking District for girls night.
Meduza Mediterrania
From hospitality group Noble 33, Meduza Mediterrania is a Mykonos-like eatery nestled on the foundation of the Gansevort hotel. Meduza exudes an organic charm, with warm earthy tones and woven textures, accented by curved ceiling structures. This is the perfect place for girls night… even Taylor Swift agrees. 🙂
Must Try: Shaved Baby Artichoke, Lamb Chops, Dover Sole, Lobster Arrabbiata

Bangkok Supper Club
Bangkok Supper Club is the latest restaurant from the group behind NoHo Thai favorite, Fish Cheeks, serving inventive, contemporary Thai cuisine inspired by the conviviality and electric flavors of Bangkok’s late-night food scene. The atmosphere is fun, lively, and a great place to meet the girls.
Must Try: Grilled Mushroom Salad, Prawn Satay, Grilled Octopus, Beef Cheeks Massaman Curry, Bangkok Gai Yang, Crying Tiger
Pastis
Oh, the famous Pastis! Pastis is a French bistro, opened by Keith McNally, that reflects timeless beauty—golden lighting, vintage mirrors, white subway tile walls. The girls have to share the cheeseburger and escargot.. it’s a must!
Must Try: Escargot, Scallop Crudo, Onion Soup, Cheeseburger à l’Américaine, Steak Frites with Sauce Béarnaise

Buddakan
The mere mention of this grand clubstaurant’s name is enough to evoke flashbacks to Sex and the City–era New York, which is the ideal location for girls night. Buddakan, Stephen Starr’s Asian-fusion restaurant, is delicious, sceney, and always a vibe.
Must Try: Lobster Egg Rolls, Oxtail Dumplings, Chili Rock Shrimp, Peking Duck for Two, Chilled Peanut Noodles, Dungeness Crab Sticky Rice
Genesis House
Genesis House is a Korean restaurant, showroom, library, and event space with a grand second-story view of the lower Hudson River. If it’s good weather, I recommend sitting on the outdoor terrace.
Must Try: Japchae, Mandu, Chamchi Muchim
